Woven Works

My life is now truly in the melting pot stage where all my experiences - new and old, physical and mental, analytical and intuitive, mundane and spiritual - are coming together in a savory stew melding me into a mindful whole. Fiber is the medium I use to fine-tune my life. The joy in weaving allows me to explore color relationships, emotion, natural elements, and time itself. Through color, texture, and pattern, I evoke landforms, atmospheres, and contemplative moods. My approach embraces spontaneous coiled fibers, reflective geometry, and three-dimensional techniques that challenge perception and provoke experience. These visual - nonrepresentational - works aim to transform emotions into tactile, color-rich freedom.
